Contracted grant amount: 49,500,670 HUF

Detailed project description

The aim of the project is to develop the operations of Pomodor Ltd., increase production efficiency, and strengthen the company's innovation capacity. Within the framework of the grant, the company implements developments in several areas, with particular focus on marketing and sales innovation, modernization of production and manufacturing processes, and organizational and management process development.

As part of the project, wage development will be implemented, contributing to employee retention and motivation. Additionally, the company will hire a new female employee, thereby strengthening workplace equal opportunity and organizational capacity.

An important element of the developments is the modernization of the technological infrastructure. Two modern liquid mixing machines (with 200 and 400 liter capacities) will be procured from the grant, equipped with speed control and side heating, enabling a more precise and safer mixing process. A closed-system TUK-100 turbo powder mixer will also be acquired, which ensures fast and homogeneous powder mixing while significantly reducing the formation of a dusty work environment.

A modern gas chromatograph (GC-2030AF) will also be procured as part of the developments, which enables precise analytical examination of the components of samples received from customers, thereby supporting the rapid and accurate reproduction of formulations.

As a result of the project, product quality consistency will improve, workplace safety will increase, and the time and labor requirements of manufacturing processes will decrease, which in the long term will enhance the company's competitiveness.
